My love for all things beauty started when I was just a little girl playing with Barbies. From lipstick and those iconic chunky Barbie heels to stylng her hair, I was obsessed with anything and everything beauty-related. Little did I know that little girl playing Barbies would be playing Makeup & Hair with real life Barbies!
After graduating highschool in 2013, I attended Aveda Institute Houston to pursue my dream. While in cosmetology school, I met a photographer who opened the door to my first hair and makeup opportunities. What started with photoshoots quickly blossomed into weddings, special events and so much more!
In 2014, Makeovers by Lauren was born! I created an on-location beauty buisness in Houston, Texas, bringing the glam directly to YOU! Whether its your wedding day, a photoshoot, or special occasion, my goal has been to make your beauty experience effortless. Allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy being pampered!
In 2021, I took the leap of faith and tuned my passion into full-time career. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented people in the industry, meet incredible clients, and be part of countless unforgettable moments.
